One Of A Kind Support Services
Managing Director
I am the founder and managing director of One Of A Kind Support Services Pty Ltd. I have great passion for supporting people living with disabilities to achieve their individual goals and have choice and control of their supports. I also love to work with our participants and their teams to create structured routines and strategies that assist them to achieve their goals in a timely manner. I love seeing people enjoy life to the fullest and know that they have someone to talk to and not feel judged but feel supported and understood. I’m always looking to improve myself and the company to provide high quality supports and always learning more about our participants and their needs.
I enjoy getting out and about and keeping up to date with the opportunities that are available for our community. I love keeping active and healthy by going to the gym and eating to better my physique but also love to indulge in the extensive food choices we have in Geelong. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and learning more about the different cultures, religions, beliefs and identities as I believe we have a lot to learn from each other and grow together.
People & Culture Manager
Hello! I’m Renee, also known as Zebi. My background is in Operations Management and I have managed teams of 50+ throughout my years in this role. I decided to make the change to support work as I took a break from my highly demanding role and really enjoyed working 1:1 with our people. I learnt a lot about genuine care and support and found that people just want someone who understands their needs and someone they can get along with, without feeling like a burden or having to repeat themselves a million times.
I love learning about different cultures, cooking, fishing, camping, travelling and spending time with my family. I also enjoy looking after myself physically as it helps me mentally to give back to our people and bring the best version of myself to my role as a support worker.
I have lots of experience with administration tasks, working in a team, organising homes, setting a plan, cooking and pretty much anything you need.
Support Worker
Hey everyone, I have always been passionate about helping people living with disabilities, especially individuals with Down syndrome.
I have 7 years of experience working in the disability support sector and enjoy making a positive difference in people’s lives through compassionate, reliable, and person-centred support.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, playing basketball and soccer, or going for a walk by the beach.
I love staying active, connecting with people, and bringing positive energy into both my personal and professional life.
Support Worker
I’ve been with One Of A Kind for just over a year now and I really love what I’m doing and seeing my clients reach their goals. It was a big change for me but having to take care of my father when he was unwell made me realise how much passion I have for helping others. I’m really enjoying being a support worker and I’ve learnt a lot through my journey and loving the things I can do to make life abit easier for my clients. Hoping to meet more lovely people who will benefit from having me as part of their team.
I love being a grandmother to all my grandchildren and spend most of my free time with them, creating new memories and enjoying their time and connection. I also enjoy doing puzzles, craft and going to the op shops to find a good bargain.
I like to think of myself as a helpful, caring, and honest person who will always put others first. Love to have a good laugh and learn new things about people and the diversity we have in our community.
Support Worker – Team Leader
Ko au he wahine Māori, he māmā, he hoa rangatira hoki. I come from a large whānau and have worn many hats throughout my life. From supporting Māori rangatahi through the justice system and helping them find better pathways, to working on the frontlines vaccinating whānau across Tāmaki Makaurau during the height of COVID — my journey has always centred around care, community, and connection.
I’m deeply passionate about seeing people thrive, in ways that are meaningful to them. I honour all cultures and beliefs, because as Māori, I know the strength of identity, tradition, and belonging.
I truly believe we’re all in this together — and that when we uplift and awhi one another, we all move forward.
Support Worker
Hi, I’m SabrinaI’m a 25-year-old support worker based in Lara, Greater Geelong, and I’ve been working in the industry for over 7 years. I’m a friendly, caring, and patient person, and I really value building genuine, trusting relationships with the people I support. Being empathetic and non-judgmental is at the core of how I approach my work.
I hold a Certificate III in Individual Support, Mental Health First Aid, and Level 2 First Aid. I’ve had the opportunity to support individuals with a wide range of needs, including personal care, physical disabilities, complex care, PEG/PEJ feeding, catheter care, epilepsy management, AAC, and aged care.
I’m truly passionate about helping people live as independently as possible and supporting them to achieve their personal goals. For me, it’s all about creating a safe and supportive environment where you feel respected, valued, and empowered.
Outside of work, I love arts and crafts, cooking and baking, watching movies, and spending time with my two French Bulldogs.

Kia ora, my name is Taylor. I’m a young Maori wahine (woman) and excited to be part of the One Of A Kind Support Services team.
For me, being a support worker is about more than ticking off tasks. It’s about connection, making people feel safe, and reminding them they’re valued. I’m looking forward to bringing my heart, my culture, and my energy into this work and being someone others can count on.
Outside of work, I love cooking (and testing new recipes on my whānau), spending time at the beach, and when I was back home I enjoyed going camping. I’m happiest with good food, fresh air, and a bit of fun and I’ll be bringing that same vibe into my mahi here.

Mālō e lelei, my name is Kaleti — but everyone calls me Leti. I’m a proud Tongan man & have been working as a support worker for the past 3 years. I’m known for my sense of humour – if you’re around me, expect a few laughs and a good time!
I’m passionate about helping participants grow and reach their goals, but I also believe support should be fun. I love seeing people enjoy themselves, gain confidence, and realise what they’re capable of – all while sharing a few laughs along the way.
I’m a big rugby & league fan (always Up the Storms!), & I love helping participants get into the game, learn the rules, and share in the excitement. Whether it’s kicking a ball around or watching a match together, I bring that same team spirit into everything I do.

Hey everyone! I’m passionate about helping and supporting people, which led me to complete a Bachelor of Psychology and continue toward postgraduate studies with the goal of becoming a Clinical Psychologist.
Outside of study, I love staying active — training at the gym, playing sport, or cheering from the sidelines. In my downtime, you’ll usually find me watching or reading science‑fiction or keeping up with pop culture.
I grew up on a vineyard in a small South‑West Victorian town, so being outdoors is a big part of who I am. I enjoy hiking, riding my bike, or walking along the Barwon when the weather’s good. My biggest support comes from my partner, our two cats, my family, and my grandfather.
I really enjoy support work and value the friendships and meaningful connections it brings. I’m excited to make many more in the future.

I’m someone who loves staying active and finding joy in the simple things. The gym is a big part of my routine, and I’m often out walking with my pug, who brings plenty of personality to every outing. Family means a lot to me, and I spend as much time with them as I can.
I really value the meaningful connections that come with support work and being there for people when they need it. Kindness, balance, and making the most of each day guide how I live and work.
I’ve also explored a range of fields — civil work, personal training, and barbering — each teaching me skills in discipline, communication, and confidence. These experiences have shaped who I am and how I show up in my role today.

I’ve been a Support Worker for nearly two years, and I really love seeing my clients grow and reach their goals. Supporting my own loved ones showed me how much I care about helping others, and this role has taught me so much. I enjoy making life a little easier for the people I work with and look forward to meeting more clients who can benefit from having me on their team.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my nieces — being an uncle is one of my favourite things. I enjoy puzzles, games, Lego, all kinds of sport, exploring new places, and hunting for bargains at op shops.
I see myself as a caring, honest, and helpful person who puts others first. I love having a laugh, meeting new people, and appreciating the diversity in our community.
