I’ve been with One Of A Kind for just over a year now and I really love what I’m doing and seeing my clients reach their goals. I have great passion for supporting people living with disabilities to achieve their individual goals and have choice and control of their supports. I also love to work with our participants and their teams to create structured routines and strategies that assist them to achieve their goals in a timely manner.

My background is in Operations Management, where I led teams of 50+ people. After taking a break from a demanding management role, I discovered a passion for support work and found great value in building genuine one-on-one connections. I believe everyone deserves to feel understood, respected, and supported by someone who takes the time to listen and understand their needs. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, fishing, camping, travelling, learning about different cultures, and spending time with my family. I also prioritise my health and wellbeing so I can bring my best self to those I support. With experience in administration, planning, household organisation, meal preparation, and daily living support, I’m committed to helping people achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

From supporting Māori rangatahi through the justice system and helping them find better pathways, to working on the frontlines vaccinating whānau across Tāmaki Makaurau during the height of COVID — my journey has always centred around care, community, and connection.
